CHEF OF THE SEA.
So this past Monday, I defrosted a couple Ling Cod fillets from the Ol' Frigidaire and heated up the Barbie!
Threw some EVOO down on some foil and then put the fillets on top. Seasoned the fillets up with some:
-Garlic Salt
-Black Pepper
-Chili Powder
-Mesquite BBQ rub
And then threw them on the grill for like 10 minutes or whenever they weren't blue anymore.

Then I sliced up some lemons, an Avocado, grilled up some corn tortillas, bought some pre-made coleslaw from Bert's, added some Mexi-cheese, and then some mango peach salsa on top. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE DANKNESS?!?!
